When will my parcel be sent?

If you've been sent an erroneous order, we may ask you to send products back that weren't ordered and we'll resend your intended order at no cost.

What happens if nobody is home to collect it?

If nobody is at nominated location, it will be sent to your local post office or local couriers depot for collection. We cannot leave parcels unless someone is there to collect. Laws exist protecting children and animals from unsupervised access, and potential harm.

What about customs?

All products have cleared customs and are shipped from international warehouses. Patrons won't incur import or customs charges. Rarely, additional custom duties payment may be requested.
